School is now closed for the EASTER HOLIDAYS - Pupils return to school on Tuesday 14th April. The School Office opens again on Monday 13th April. | ECO DAY is coming on Friday 24th April - we are going to plant sunflowers on Eco Day. Over Easter we ask that everyone looks out a clear 2L bottle. Please wash this and cut the neck of the bottle off before bringing it into school. No milk cartons please! | School Holidays 2026 - 2027 are now available under 'PARENTS' area of the website...... School starts for pupils on Thursday 27th August 2026.

P5JS have had a busy, yet lovely, week celebrating Children’s Mental Health Week, with the theme ‘This is my place’.

We took part in a range of activities including PDMU lessons, breathing activities, mindfulness colouring, an exciting school trip and a Daily Mile.

Take 5:
Connect- We connected with each other and our friends from MQP.
Keep Learning- We learnt all about the RNLI on our trip.
Be Active- We got our steps up on our Daily Mile.
Take Notice- We took notice of our breathing and also our beautiful surroundings in Cushendall.
Give- We all give a small donation to RNLI to support their wonderful work.
