P5EG 'Healthy Me' Session

P5EG were visited by Emma and Carla from 'Action Mental Health' today. They taught us how to look after ourselves and how to keep healthy. We thought about how keeping physically healthy can help our mental health and other ways we can look after our mental health. Emma and Carla taught us some useful breathing methods and ways we could calm ourselves down if we are ever stressed or worried about anything. We also got the opportunity to draw our partner and write down some positive characteristics about them. We had a great day and all learnt something new. A huge thanks to Emma and Carla!
