P5 have been very busy writing cheerful letters to post to residents in Camphill Care Home. Through this we are ‘connecting’ with members of our community to help reduce isolation, therefore linked to our Take 5 initiative.
We really hope the residents enjoy reading our letters and finding out a little bit about us! 😁
