P5 Shared Education Educational Visit🛥️

29th Apr 2025

The sun shone brightly for P5 pupils going on their Shared Education Educational Visit to Cushendall Yacht Club on Tuesday 29th April 2025 with Mary Queen of Peace PS.

There was a range of different activities for each group: Tour of the Redbay RNLI Station, Talk about Marine Life and Connection Time in the Playpark.

The children had an opportunity to fulfil Articles 8, 24 and 29 - the Right to their own identity, the Right to Clean Water and the Right to understand how to protect the environment.

It was also very nice to be able to make a donation to the RNLI from both schools - giving is an important part of Take 5.
