School is now closed for the EASTER HOLIDAYS - Pupils return to school on Tuesday 14th April. The School Office opens again on Monday 13th April. | ECO DAY is coming on Friday 24th April - we are going to plant sunflowers on Eco Day. Over Easter we ask that everyone looks out a clear 2L bottle. Please wash this and cut the neck of the bottle off before bringing it into school. No milk cartons please! | School Holidays 2026 - 2027 are now available under 'PARENTS' area of the website...... School starts for pupils on Thursday 27th August 2026.

P5 Shared Education day at MQP

On Friday, we visited Mary Queen of Peace for our first Shared Education day. We were very busy as we rotated round three different activities.

Activity 1:Play it by Ear- Throughout this activity, we participated in short drama activities to take on character profiles.

Activity 2: Spheros- We learnt to program the Sphero to move in a particular direction and at a chosen speed. We competed against our peers to score points on a target board, it was very tense!

Activity 3: Calm capsule- We discussed strategies we can use to regulate our emotions. Following this, we created our own calm capsule using baby oil, water and glitter.

We look forward to our Sports Blitz on Friday!
