💧P5 NI Water Bus visit 💧

30th Sep 2024

P5 had a very exciting morning learning all about water at the Northern Ireland Water Bus. This gave us a great start to our ‘Water’ topic which we will be exploring after Christmas. 💧🚍

We learned all about the Water Cycle and the true importance of looking after our water, as water can’t be made. This morning we certainly ‘connected’ with one another and were ‘learning’ new things, therefore aligning with our Take 5 initiative. 😁

UNCRC Article 24 highlights that all children have the right to clean water. We therefore have an important job in ensuring we help keep our water safe and clean. To do this, P5 have set themselves the target of only staying in the shower for 4 minutes, turning off the tap and only flushing the 3 Ps! 👏
