P5 Fresh Little Minds ‘Relax’ 😮‍💨🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏽

We continued our journey on the ‘AMBER’ programme with Sinead. This week, we explored the concept of ‘relax', which made us think about how we can relax. We learned that it is important to have tools which help us relax in times we begin to feel overwhelmed or stressed.

We focused on ‘connecting’ , ‘keep learning’ and ‘taking notice’, but also ‘giving’, as part of our Take 5 initiative. 

Article 3 of the UNCRC reminds us to work towards what is best for each child - the programme helps to equip everyone with the tools that they need.
