P4JC Week 4 with Sinead and Amber

3rd Mar 2025

Week 4 with Sinead and Amber was all about E for Express.

We thought about our feelings and how we might experience these in our bodies and how to express how we are feeling.

We looked at and talked about some emoji feelings cards and then put them onto Leo's body. This helped us to show that we might get a funny feeling in our tummy if we had a worry or wobbly legs or perhaps even a sore head.

Then we thought about things we might say to each other or hear others saying and decided if they were things that would fill our buckets to make us feel good or if they were bucket dippers that would make us feel not so good feelings. We were really good at recognising which bucket each one should go into.

Then we read the story Express yourself with Amber to help us think about tricky feelings and expressing our emotions.
