We had a fantastic day today taking part in lots of different activities linked to the 5 steps to help our wellbeing.
We had great fun together today in class and outside with the other P4s - Connect
We enjoyed finding out more about the 5 steps today and tried our best to learn what they were. Even more fun though was learning 3 new songs and their actions. Ask us to show you! - Keep Learning
We went on a walk around the grounds, danced along to our new songs and just before hometime went to the hall for an Energy to Burn session - Be Active
We did some breathing exercises, mindful colouring while savouring some yummy chocolate and had another Sunshine Circle session today as well - Take Notice
We all gave a lovely compliment to one of our classmates and shared them with the class - Give
Finally tonight we had an amazing time at the colour run, such a fun end to a great day! - Connect and Be Active
