P4JC Children’s Mental Health Week

This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. We have been thinking about how our voice matters and also how to look after our bodies and minds. Today was Wellness Wednesday and we joined in with imoves videos about our emotions and anxiety hot spots in our bodies so we can relax and be calm. Then we did some mindful colouring and listened to some relaxing music. We also enjoyed doing some yoga poses earlier in the week too. We are really excited about an online art lesson tomorrow with a real artist!
