P4AML celebrate World Book Day📚

6th Mar 2025

Today we came to school dressed as a word for World Book Day.  We really enjoyed looking at all the ideas and we discussed the meaning of our words.  We joined in with a special Core Kids workout for WBD, it was challenging as we were in costume!

Mrs McLaughlin gave us a challenge.  We had to organise ourselves alphabetically, firstly in groups then in boys and girls then as a whole class!  We then went on a word walk to P7 to see if they could work out how we had organised ourselves.

Today covered lots of our Take 5 steps as we were being active, taking notice of each other and learning new words.

We are looking forward to going to the book fair on Monday.
