P4AM learn about looking after our bodies, minds and staying safe online.

11th Feb 2020

We have been learning lots about our personal development and thinking of ways to keep ourselves healthy, both physically and mentally.  Last week during Children's Mental Health Week, we practised breathing techniques to help us calm down and deal with anxiety.  Our mantra is:

”Hands on our heads, we’re ready to focus,

Hands on our ears, we’re ready to listen,

Hands on our hearts, we are ready to be still.”

This week we have been completing our Keeping Safe lessons and thinking about how our bodies belong only to ourselves and that some secrets should never be kept.  Today, for Internet Safety Day we talked about keeping ourselves safe online and created posters to show our knowledge.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER AND WE FEEL EMPOWERED!
