Summer Assessments continue this week - (see more details in Parentmail sent on Weds 22nd April) All P3 -P7 pupils will be taking Standardised Tests in Literacy and Numeracy and will be timetabled to sit these tests in the ICT Suite - please make sure your child is in school each day during this assessment period. P4 Safer Internet Day 2022

Today is Safer Internet Day 2022! We frequently talk about how to use technology in a fun and safe way, but today all across the UK children are involved in lessons and activities to highlight this important aspect of our lives.

P4 talked about which devices we use, what we use them for and for how long. We decided that there are many fantastic, positive things we can do and learn online but that too much screen time can have a negative effect on us. We talked about the theme 'All fun and games' and how we can safely enjoy being good friends online as well as in real life. Then we designed a poster to help us think about the SMART rules for using devices online and made our own comic strip of things we could do without a screen.
