Yesterday we went to the hall with Victoria and had a go at doing some reflexology. We listened to some relaxing music and started off by doing some breathing and trying to relax our bodies and our minds. We learned all about the different parts of the foot and had a little foot map to help us to understand which part of the foot to work on. Everyone felt very relaxed afterwards and we are all looking forward to our session next week.
