P2SH Take 5 Day!

19th Jun 2025

We had a great Take 5 day! We followed the 5 steps to wellbeing.

Keep Learning- We started our day by learning about the Take 5 steps.

Take Notice- We went on a Daily Mile, did some mindfulness colouring and some breathing exercises.

Give- We read a book called ‘Have you filled a bucket Today?’ We then gave and received compliments to fill up each other’s buckets. We also made each other cards that we are going to give out tomorrow.

Be Active- We took a trip to the play park and did some dancing with the P7’s.

Take Notice- We went on a Daily Mile, did some colouring and some breathing exercises.

Connect- We loved getting the chance to connect with each other as we did these activities. We are also looking forward to spending time together tonight at the Colour Run.

Article 31 - You have the right to rest and play.
