P2 really enjoyed their ‘Little Healthy Me’ workshop this week delivered to us by Francesca from Action Mental Health.
The boys and girls learnt all about how we can help our mental health. We thought about our feelings, did lots of fun exercises and tried out different breathing techniques. We made a mind jar and got to look at Francesca’s happy box. Lots of us now want to make our own happy box at home too!
