P2JC Maths Week

This week we have all had lots of fun in Numeracy for Maths Week Ireland. We have been working on our adding sums with Cuisenaire and number lines. We are getting very good at answering our new sums! We have also been doing some counting with actions. On Friday we had a fantastic time using the Numicon for the first time in P2. We made pictures and played with the Numicon before making a numberline from 1-10. We also had a look at all the lovely photos on the website of our Outdoor Autumn Numeracy homework - great work everyone! We will put these up on display in the classroom after half term.
