We had another brilliant session with Francesca. We talked about how our feelings can change like the weather and what we can do when we are feeling different ways. We also talked about having a calm box of items that help us relax and calm down when we are feeling worried, sad or cross. We enjoyed getting to play with the different items in the box. We are looking forward to another session tomorrow.
