Summer Assessments continue this week - (see more details in Parentmail sent on Weds 22nd April) All P3 -P7 pupils will be taking Standardised Tests in Literacy and Numeracy and will be timetabled to sit these tests in the ICT Suite - please make sure your child is in school each day during this assessment period. P2 Pirate Day!

In Primary 2 we had a fantastic day coming to school dressed up as Pirates! We had a treasure hunt around the school and then enjoyed eating the chocolate coins we found! We also spent time Problem Solving about some pirate stories. Over the next few weeks in Learning through Play we are going to be hunting for Treasure with the Bee-Bot, so we spent some time practising what to do earlier on! We all enjoyed our Pirate Play and getting our pictures taken on the Green Screen - we plan to make ourselves look like real pirates on a real pirate ship! Our day finished off with some Pirate singing and writing about our lovely day! Have a look at our photos and videos below!
