Today Emma from Jigsaw came to P2 to talk to us about Mindfulness. She did some breathing with us to make sure we were all feeling calm and relaxed! Then we talked about what things we have in our lives that makes us feel happy and peaceful. We drew some of these things and shared them with each other.
