Today we had a visitor called Francesca who came to talk to our class from 'Action Mental Health'. She talked to us about having good Mental Health and different ways we can do this.
We enjoyed exercising, rainbow and rollercoaster breathing, listening to a story about feelings, acting out 'Mr Men' and 'Little Miss' feelings and putting our memories in a Mind Jar.
We are looking forward to seeing what other activities we do with Francesca on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week!
