Today was the last of our ‘Little Healthy Me’ workshops from Action Mental Health.
Francesca talked to us about being kind and asking for help when we need it.
This is part of our Take 5 focus for this half term - Give. We are thinking about being kind, giving a compliment or a helping hand.
We enjoyed singing songs, listening to stories and watching a video about what to do if we are feeling scared.
Thank you so much to Francesca for coming in to P2 to deliver the ‘Little Healthy Me’ workshops over the last 3 days! The boys and girls loved it!
