P2 LA learn about Looking after Ourselves

As part of Children’s Mental Health week, we looked at how to look after ourselves - plenty of rest, exercise, eating good foods, wearing the right clothes for the right weather, keeping our bodies clean and talking about how we are feeling. We then chose a Mantra - Try your best! We talked about how important it was to try your best but how that means we don’t have to get it right first time as long as we have tried our best! Then we did some relaxing bubble breathing exercises!
