We have really enjoyed having Francesca from Action Mental Health in this week to deliver our ‘Little Healthy Me’ workshops.
She taught us all about things we can do to help our Mental Health. We loved making a mind jar and happy box, which we can use if we are feeling worried about something. We also tried lots of different exercises and breathing techniques. Lots of us loved the dragon breathing! The videos and stories we heard this week also reminded us how important it is to look after our Mental Health.
