We enjoyed our second workshop from ‘Action Mental Health’ today.
Francesca talked to us about our feelings and emotions and we learned lots of ways to help us relax.
We enjoyed playing a feelings Charades game and watching a video to guess how the character was feeling.
Then we looked at having a well-being toolkit and Francesca showed us the items she had in her happy box.
We finished with learning two more breathing techniques.
