Each day this week we took part in a special activity which allowed us to think about our Mental Health. We did some exercise during our Daily Mile. We did some Doodle Music which was very funny. We loved the relaxation music on Wednesday along with some guided meditation to relax our breathing on Thursday. Friday was our 'Feel Good Friday' when we got to enjoy some art, an 'unhealthy' break, extra time outside to play and also dancing to our favourite music.

We have all had a lot of fun!
