This morning we had our second Reflexology session with Victoria. Today we learned how to concentrate on the lungs. Victoria was very pleased to discover that we had all enjoyed last week's session so much that we had practised at home!
We all had a great time again today and left the hall feeling very, very relaxed as you can see from our photographs. We are already looking forward to next week!!!
