'Our Rights Defenders' - at W5

20th Nov 2019

Today the School Council and Rights Respecting Steering Group went to W5 to take part in a celebration of 30 years of the UNCRC. It was also World Children’s Day.  As well as getting to try the normal W5 exhibits, there were also lots of activities relating to the Rights of a Child.  The children collected stickers for completing each activity and some special activities designed by NICCY (Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People).   The team from NICCY were very impressed by the knowledge our children displayed.  Mrs McLaughlin and Mrs McLarnon were very proud of the group today, they were excellent contributors and ambassadors for Camphill.

Well done to everyone!
