Our Core Value for November/December

6th Nov 2025

Following on from the letter all parents received about our new five core values, we had an Assembly on Wednesday 5th November where these five values;

Relationships

Respect

Safety

Kindness

and

Honesty

were shared with our pupils.

The children learned that the core value we will be concentrating on this half-term is Respect.  We discussed what this might look like in school.  We came up with things like; using good manners such as using the words 'please' and 'thank you' and 'excuse me,' listening carefully to someone who is speaking and valuing everyone's thoughts, feelings and differences.

We used an illustration of a hand to help us remember the five Core Values in school.  We can't wait to see our values in action!
