Healthy Little Minds Sinead was back with us again today. All of us, including Amber, were super pleased and excited 😊 to see her again. We talked about the power and importance of movement. Moving can help us to relax and destress . We played games, listened to a story and used breathing exercises to help us feel relaxed 😌It was a great session and we look forward to Sinead coming back next week.
