Claire from Barnardo's visited Primary 3 on Wednesday to deliver the second "Emotional Resilience" lesson. This week we learned how to meditate and then went on to think about some of our favourite activities. At the end of the session Claire gave everyone their very own "Happy book" to keep in school so that they could keep a record of all the different things that make them feel happy.
