Today Rachel from Action Mental Health was back in our classroom. Today we were thinking about specific emotions and how we can deal with these emotions. We watched some movie clips from ‘Inside Out’, ‘Trolls’ and ‘Sing’. We did some more breathing activities such as ‘Puffer Fish’ breathing. We really enjoyed all of these activities with Rachel and are looking forward to seeing her again tomorrow.
