In P7PT we have been learning how to take care of ourselves, and how to prevent and protect our bodies and minds from harm that others may want to cause. We have had a series of discussions to come up with practical methods to identify abuse and disclose abuse to a safe adult. We also looked at other helpful organisations such as Childline.
