What a fabulous time we had today! Our focus for the whole day was the five steps to well being. We each received a compliment from a member of our class, mindfully coloured pictures to give to each other, went on a walk with the other P3 and danced 🤸🏿♂️ our hearts ♥️ out in our Energy to Burn session.
