Internet Safety Day in P3SG 🖥

18th Feb 2026

Today is Internet Safety Day and we started off this special day with a very informative assembly led by our Primary 7 digital leaders. The main focus this year is the safe use of AI which we all learned a little bit about from listening to our digital leaders. This was particularly interesting for our year group as our next ICT activity is based around AI. We plan to use this technology to design a toy that looks like us. We had a look at this when we went back to class and learned how to use very detailed descriptions to generate an image of our toy. Everyone is very excited to complete this activity!

We also watched and listened to a few videos and stories all about how to stay safe online. We then used our knowledge to make a Safer Internet poster. We learned a lot today but most importantly we learned about how to stay safe when online.
