September is our 'Helping Hands' month. We have been discussing who we can share our feelings with and, in line with Take 5, who we can ‘Connect’ with and ‘Take Notice’ of.
There is nothing so small or awful that we can’t talk about and there are many safe adults who are willing to listen and help.
