Sinead was back in again today. Our focus today was on the letter B in AMBER. We discussed how breathing slowly can help us in lots of ways. Using a straw we were able to pass a ping pong 🏓 ball back and forward. We were delighted to be given free gifts to bring home- we will explain to everyone how they work.
