Summer Assessments continue this week - (see more details in Parentmail sent on Weds 22nd April) All P3 -P7 pupils will be taking Standardised Tests in Literacy and Numeracy and will be timetabled to sit these tests in the ICT Suite - please make sure your child is in school each day during this assessment period. Healthy Breaks in Camphill PS!

Tuesday 1st February launches our big HEALTHY BREAK promotion for 2022! We want to encourage everyone to enjoy a healthy break each day at breaktime! We are saying NO to chocolates and crisps at breaktime!

Today all pupils received a Healthy Break from our canteen - everyone enjoyed a piece of toast and a fruit kebab! All the girls & boys were also given a new water bottle which they can bring to school each day. Everyone was rewarded with a sticker that says ‘I made a healthy choice today’ and will now be able to collect a sticker once a week on a 'random spot check in' day. The winning monthly class from P1-4 and P5-7 will each receive a sticker, be presented with the 'monthly cup' and enjoy 15mins extra playtime in the playpark! We agreed in Assembly today that all classes were going to try very hard to be healthy everyday at breaktime!

All parents will receive a short information leaflet on our Healthy Breaks Policy this week.
