ECO DAY is coming on Friday 24th April - we are going to plant sunflowers on Eco Day. Over Easter we ask that everyone looks out a clear 2L bottle. Please wash this and cut the neck of the bottle off before bringing it into school. No milk cartons please! | Little Stars/Big Stars APRIL booking OPENS on Monday 23rd March and closes at 10am on Friday 27th March. | School Closes at 12noon this Friday for the EASTER HOLIDAYS - There will be Breakfast Club and Breaktime Snacks on sale as normal. At 12 noon there will be a school bus. Pupils should wear School Uniform as normal. School will re-open for pupils on TUESDAY 14th April due to a Staff Training day on Monday 13th April. | School Holidays 2026 - 2027 are now available under 'PARENTS' area of the website...... This week we read the lovely story called 'Giraffes Can't Dance' by Giles Andreae. We loved this story about Gerald the Giraffe and how he couldn't dance...yet! We discussed some of the things that 'we can do' and the things that 'we can't do...yet'. We learned that there are some things that we might like to be able to do but they might take a little bit more effort. If we keep trying then maybe some day we will be able to do them! What an important lesson we learned from this story. We also loved drawing our pictures of Gerald the Giraffe. We are very proud of our work and our lovely wall display.
