Growth Mindset in P3SG - 'The Power of....Yet'

23rd Oct 2025
This week we read the lovely story called 'Giraffes Can't Dance' by Giles Andreae. We loved this story about Gerald the Giraffe and how he couldn't dance...yet! We discussed some of the things that 'we can do' and the things that 'we can't do...yet'. We learned that there are some things that we might like to be able to do but they might take a little bit more effort. If we keep trying then maybe some day we will be able to do them! What an important lesson we learned from this story. We also loved drawing our pictures of Gerald the Giraffe. We are very proud of our work and our lovely wall display.
