Growing Club

The children in the Sunflower Room joined with some children in P5 to participate in the Mid and East Antrim “Growing Club”. The children built raised beds which they then used for planting potatoes. Chris from the M&E Council also helped the children to plant some apple trees. The children enjoyed their time outside in the sunshine and many of them were keen to show off their digging and watering skills. We are all looking forward to the next session when we will be planting some garden peas.
