School is now closed for the EASTER HOLIDAYS - Pupils return to school on Tuesday 14th April. The School Office opens again on Monday 13th April. | ECO DAY is coming on Friday 24th April - we are going to plant sunflowers on Eco Day. Over Easter we ask that everyone looks out a clear 2L bottle. Please wash this and cut the neck of the bottle off before bringing it into school. No milk cartons please! | School Holidays 2026 - 2027 are now available under 'PARENTS' area of the website...... School starts for pupils on Thursday 27th August 2026.

In P6JH we love to make our learning relevant to everyday life!

In Literacy, we have been looking at the use of apostrophes, both for omission and ownership so we decided that we would try to find examples of them being used in real life- maybe in shop names, adverts, books etc.

JUST2EASY and J2HOMEWORK proved the perfect way for us to upload our photos and examples and also a perfect way to connect our ICT and Literacy!😀

It was also great to have a ‘homework’ that wasn’t all written.😀
