Fresh Little Minds Session in P3SG

23rd Oct 2024

Sinead, from Fresh Minds Education was back in our classroom today.

This week we focused on the letter 'E’ in Amber which stands for 'Express'. We talked lots about feelings today and where in our bodies we feel different emotions. We talked about how we could talk to our ‘Anchor’ people that we learned about in our first session. We also did lots of breathing exercises with a windmill and a flower. We also talked about ‘Bucket Fillers’ and ‘Bucket Dippers’ and how we can do things to be ‘Bucket Fillers’ but also how sometimes we can say or do things to be a ‘Bucket Dipper’.

What a great session!
