Added today is the 'Administration of Medicine' downloadable form - if you wish your child to take medicine in school please complete this and send it in along with the medicine.
Also - if your child has been off school remember to complete the 'Absence form' again downloadable from the website.
Both forms can be found under 'Policies'.
