Today in P6 we completed a fitness circuit in PE. As part of our ‘Fit For Life’ topic we have been learning about healthy eating and how exercise helps keep our body fit and healthy. Our circuit included; burpees, sit ups, star jumps, tricep dips, jumping plus a few other fun activities.
