Feeling Relaxed in P3SG 😊

6th Nov 2024

This week we focused on the letter 'R’ in Amber which stands for 'Relax'. We talked lots about different ways that we can relax and how we can be kind to ourselves by doing things that we enjoy. We discovered that we are all different and we enjoy doing different things to relax like reading, lying on the sofa, drawing or watching T.V. We also designed hands and picked some affirmations to write on our hands. Then we decorated our hands, we are going to use these to make a lovely display. In our last session we made a class ‘Gratitude Tree’. We added little tags to our tree and wrote down things that we feel grateful for like our friends, our families and our school. We all felt very relaxed after our session today. We have included a short video of us singing our song ‘I am strong like a mountain’. Another great session!
