On Friday 8th June Jill MacCorkell & Evie Millar entered the Mid & East Antrim Council 'Environmental Youth Speak' competition where they presented a 3-5 minute talk on the topic:- 'In a galaxy far far away.......do you think advance civilisation has a waste problem?’ - what a topic!!!! Both girls gave outstanding talks against other P7 pupils in the Ballymena area with Jill MacCorkell winning the competition! Well done to both girls and big congratulations to Jill for winning herself a Kindle Fire!
