Eco Team get ready for ‘The Big Bird Watch’

22nd Jan 2020

Some of our P7 Eco Committee were outside this afternoon filling our bird feeders with seeds and placing fat balls outside, preparing for ‘The Big Bird Watch’. This programme organised by the RSPB, encourages us to attract birds into our gardens and watch out for the different species we can spot! We are receiving a visit from the RSPB in February to give us some tips about bird watching and to help us identify the type of birds that visit our school grounds! While the girls were outside they also gave our classroom flowerpots a tidy up and planted some new bulbs!
