Eco Day 2024 πŸ¦ŸπŸœπŸ•ΈπŸž

26th Apr 2024
Excellent,  educational and entertaining. Just three words we could use to describe the fantastic Eco Day we had in school today.  The day began with a really informative talk given by Mrs Anderson and her Eco gang. Next , we planted sunflower 🌻 seeds which we will be bringing home today. Then it was all hands on deck to finish our items for our Eco πŸ“¦ box. The whole school is exploring and being educated about pollinators. We were tasked with learning about ladybirds 🐞. Have a look πŸ‘€ at the pictures of our box. Didn’t we do well? Two fantastic P7 members of the Eco Team- Ruby and Ella- took us on a really informative wild life walk around the school. Who knew Camphill is also home to hedgehogs πŸ¦” and all manner of creepy crawlies. An excellent Day was had by all and we fulfilled Take 5 by doing something good for our mental health. Also, what a great way to cover Article 28- The Right to an Education. Outdoor learning is just brilliant!
