Eco Day ♻️

1st May 2025

Eco Day 2025 complete!

On Thursday 1st May we all got dressed up in our best green clothes to celebrate Eco Day. We have been super busy participating in a range of exciting activities.

Our first activity of the day was an Assembly delivered by Lauren from the USPCA. We learnt about the important work the USPCA do to ensure the safety of all animals. It was lovely hearing the happy success stories of how this organisation have saved many animals' lives.

Throughout the rest of the day we planted sunflower seeds, completed a lesson in the outdoor classroom and planted trough boxes in our year groups. Keep an eye out for our newly designed trough boxes at the front of the school!

A big thank you to Mrs Anderson and the Eco team for all of their hard work over the past number of weeks in preparation for today.

Take 5 reminds us to Take Notice and to Be Active - we definitely did this during Eco Day!

Have a look at all the photos on the Class webpages.
